Contract Management
Contract Management is available for those customers needing greater supervision and training for existing personnel including, "Union Personnel" to increase work productivity and overall cleanliness while decreasing current costs by as much as 10% or more.

Our intent is to ensure that the terms of your building services contract meet your specifications for safe and attractive facilities.

Daily Services include:

• Emptying of trash and paper recycling containers
• Vacuuming of carpeted traffic areas
• Sweeping or dust mopping of all hard surface floors
• Sanitizing of all restrooms and locker rooms
• Sweeping, mopping or vacuuming of all corridors and stairs
• Cleaning of all chalk or white boards, erasers and chalk trays
• Restocking of all paper and soap dispensers

Weekly Services include:

• Dusting of all high and low open horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Vacuuming of all carpeted areas wall-to-wall (under tables and desks)
• Wet mopping or auto scrubbing of all hard surface floors
• Spot Washing of doors and walls

Periodic Services include:

• Buffing of hard surface floors
• Scrubbing and recoating of hard surface floors
• Striping and recoating of hard surface floors
• Surface cleaning or deep cleaning of carpeted floors
• Dusting and cleaning of window blinds

Miscellaneous Services:

Alpha & Omega services are not limited to building interiors. Porters can be utilized through out multiple facilities to maintain trash and cigarette receptacles adjacent to buildings. Custodial workers can provide a valuable service during snow and ice conditions by maintaining all steps and ramps for a safe, usable condition.
