Alpha & Omega has gained a reputation of
providing personalized service to its customers.
Each new staff member is formally inducted into
their workplace, by either the outgoing cleaner, the area
manager, the
contract manager, or by a member of our experienced management
team .This induction is generally for two to three days, with
continuous on-going support.
All staff are fully instructed in every facet
of their required task at their designated workplace. They
are also given every opportunity to continue to develop and
enhance as part of the Alpha & Omega family. We have an
incredible employee turnover rate of less than 15% annually
and have employees who have been with us since our beginning
in 1986.
Alpha
& Omega takes an active interest and role in its staff
by providing training to ensure that their cleaning knowledge
is enhanced, and constantly updated.
Operational training, daily maintenance and
on-going familiarization updates are provided to all staff
members on each piece of equipment they will utilize in the
performance of their tasks. Each piece of equipment is carefully
examined prior to and after delivery to the premises. The
location of emergency backup equipment is identified at each
site in the event it is needed.
